SmarTone-Vodafone's voice mail service is a fully automated system that is easy to use and ensures you will never miss any important messages. Whenever there is a new message, the system will automatically ring your mobile phone to play the recorded message, or you can choose to receive an SMS alert and listen to the message at your convenience. It's all up to you!

Check message:

When locate in Hong Kong,
- press   on
your handset; OR
- dialling  via
tone-dial fixed line or any handset |

When locate overseas,
- press  on your handset; OR
- dialling IDD access code,  via
tone-dial fixed line or any mobile phone |
Essential keys:
 to delete the previous message and listen to the next message
to save a message
to replay a message
to check the date and time of the receiving message
to end the message, then press to delete and listen to next message or to save
Press to
change the message alert mode after deleting or saving your last message.

Other useful information:
- Number of message stored: up to 10 number
- Length for each recorded message: up to 60 seconds
- Storage time: up to 3 days
