Remarks

For SIM subscription offer:
	A 18-month contract is required for SIM subscription offer.
	Free Wi-Fi is valid during contract period only.
	Tethering data usage for local is included in $298 plan.
For handset-subscription offer:
	The handset activation plan is only applicable to selected handset subscription. Please click here for more details.
	The data usage applies to mobile phone use only and charges cover local usage only and handset APN setting must be "SmarTone-Vodafone". The data usage includes Internet browsing, watching videos on the Internet, file upload/download, VoIP and instant messaging. Additional data usage charge (if applicable) is $10/5MB, usage is rounded up to the nearest 5MB, and maximum charge is $298 per month. $0.06/KB for data access from PC using mobile phone as a modem(tethering). (Not applicable to $298 SIM subscription offer.) Standard roaming data charges apply when roaming.
	Voice call thereafter per min charge is $0.9.
	Video calling per min additional charge: $1.0. Inter-operator video calling — outgoing $1.5/min, incoming $0.5/min. $0.5/min applies when receiving international video calls.
	Free intra SMS is applicable when sending local SMS to SmarTone-Vodafone customers via handsets and is subject to The Fair Usage Policy of up to 100 SMS/day. We reserve the right to charge for excessive usage at $0.3/SMS.
	picturemail / moviemail per unit charge: 1-30KB: $1.5, 31-300KB: $3.0.
	Fair Usage Policy applies.
	Customers are required to pay an admin fee of $12/month.
	This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Wi-Fi service
	Customers are required to register for the Wi-Fi service.
	The data usage applies to local use and covers designated Wi-Fi hotspots only
	Additional mobile data charges can be incurred without the customer's knowledge when using mobile equipment with Wi-Fi capabilities especially for those mobile equipment that have auto-switch to mobile data from Wi-Fi capabilities when the Wi-Fi signal is weak or unavailable, and/or those that have regular automatic update and refresh application features. Customer is reminded to properly log out from such applications after use or disable any automatic feature by switching the function to "manual operation" (if applicable). Customer should check the mobile data usage from time to time to minimize the unnecessary costs incurred.
	Wi-Fi service is provided by Y5 ZONE Limited.
