$140 SIM card and mobile number porting handling fee will be waived.
Customer is required to pay an administration fee of $12 per month.
MultiTalk applies to sending audio clips only to mobile numbers. One MultiTalk can be sent to multiple recipients. The charge for 1 MultiTalk will be levied when sending it to up to 5 recipients in one go, thereafter charge $1.0 per MultiTalk.
Data roaming charge applies to sending / receiving MultiTalk and browsing SmarTone iN ! when abroad.
Free intra SMS is applicable when sending local SMS to SmarTone-Vodafone customers via handsets and is subject to The Fair Usage Policy of up to 100 SMS/day. We reserve the right to charge for excessive usage at $0.3/SMS.
From 18/10/2008, basic price plan customers sending local inter-network SMS via mobile phone will change to $0.6 each.
Intra minutes are applicable to local calls made between SmarTone-Vodafone customers, calling 24-hour service hotline, Voice Mail and Secretarial Service.
Airtime deduction: Airtime between SmarTone-Vodafone customers will first be deducted from intra minutes, thereafter minutes will then be deducted from basic minutes.
Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on per minute airtime charge.
Customers have to pay the following charges for the first month: Monthly fee calculated on pro rata basis from the service activation date to the bill date plus prepayment of the next monthly fee.
Customers will be notified by e-bill about charging details. (not applicable to PayGo $50 basic price plan)
All customers can enjoy International Roaming Service with deposit waived.
For non-HKID cardholder, a deposit of $3,000 is required.
All monthly charges or fees are payable in advance and non-refundable under any circumstances.
