A4: Basically, we're tried to make as many videos available as possible websites, such as YouTube, Yahoo! Video, Google video, etc. But given the rapid development in the internet world from time to time, you may not be able to view some video websites. In these instances we really welcome you tell us about these and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Q5: Can I send videos and websites to my friends through the "Tell a friend" function?

  • Yes, simply enter your friends mobile number and email address. Your friends will receive a SMS containing that video link and your personal message standard SMS charges apply.
  • For outside Hong Kong friends, you can simply enter their e-mail address and they will receive an email containing the video link, and it's free of charge.

A7: The Internet browsing plan includes video, music and software file streaming, but not downloads. Downloading files will be charged at a standard data rate. When you start to download a file, your handset will ask you for confirmation, but a streaming file will play the content straight away.
Q8: If I browse the Internet via the software application I installed myself, can my browsing usage be deducted from the Internet browsing plan?
A8: We suggest you browse the Internet via the native browser on your mobile to enjoy the best experience. For data usage that's not generated from your mobile's native browser, it cannot be deducted from Internet browsing plan, so standard data charges will apply.
