Voice mail provides you with a fast and convenient service that is so easy to use and you'll never miss a call again. How to set up voice mail Dial    from your handset then press  and follow the prompts to set the following features:Call forward to voice mail Divert all incoming calls to voice mail service by pressing    Change your greeting You can record a personal greeting of up to 30 seconds to prompt your callers to leave a message in your mailbox. You can change your greeting anytime you wish. For access method, please refer to voice mail features overview Change system instruction language You can select Cantonese, English or Putonghua as the mailbox system instruction language. Change personal PIN The default PIN is preset to 1234. You can change your PIN anytime to enhance security. For access method, please refer to voice mail features overview. Choose any 4 to 10 digit combinations (do not use 0, * or #). Turn Message Receive Time function on/off All messages come with date and time display. You can choose to turn this function on or off. Turn Autoplay function on/off When this function is turned on, the system will automatically play your message after you dial on your handset.Skip PIN The system is set to skip PIN request when you directly access your messages from your handset. You may de-activate this function for more secure PIN access. Change your message alert mode You can choose between auto message delivery or SMS alert Checking your messages Method 1: Key in on your handset (not applicable when roaming)Method 2:
Method 3: check through *131* PhoneHome while you're roaming Press on your mobile phone( *131* PhoneHome charges applies when using Method 3 to check your messages) Remark: Airtime charges will apply once you have been connected to voice mail by dialling on your handset.
