Making payments is very simple. You can settle your SmarTone-Vodafone bill through any of the following methods:

Online Payment
If you are a registered user of any of the following banks or services, you can make your payment by clicking on the relevant logo now:
Allow two working days for payment transaction processing. Please refer to the relevant bank for service application enquiries.

Payment by Phone Service (PPS) -- 24-hour service
With PPS, you can make payment anytime, anywhere, through the use of a touch-tone phone or via the Internet.

Allow two working days for payment transaction to be processed.

Autopay -- Direct Debit
To download the authorisation forms now, please select bank account or credit card account for your direct debit. Forms are also available at any SmarTone-Vodafone stores or by fax via 24-hour service hotline at 28802688. For a bank account, it will take about two to five weeks for processing. For credit card direct debit application at SmarTone-Vodafone stores, it will take only one day for processing. Once approved, your service charge will be settled automatically each month by direct debit, you don't need to worry about late payment any more.



Payment by Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) -- 24-hour service
ATMs that support this payment function will display the following labels:
HSBC / Hang Seng Bank - "Bill Payment Service"
Jetco - "JetPayment"
To settle your SmarTone-Vodafone bill, simply bring your Hongkong Bank ETC Card, Hang Seng Bank ATM card or Jetco Card issued by JetPayment participating banks to the above mentioned type of ATM. After selecting SmarTone-Vodafone as the merchant for payment and "01" for mobile services, please key in your service number and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. Allow two working days for payment transaction processing.

24-hour Phone Banking Bill Payment Services
If you have HSBC or Hang Seng Bank phone banking account, you can make payment by dialing the designated hotline. Allow two working days for payment transaction processing. Please refer to your bank for details.

By Post
To settle the bill by post, simply prepare a crossed cheque payable to "SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited" for mobile service or fixed Broadband service along with the remittance slip to "P.O. Box 35, General Post Office." Please write your name or company name and service number on the back of your cheque. Allow three working days for payment transaction to be processed.

In Person at SmarTone-Vodafone stores
Payment by cheque, cash, EPS or credit card (minimum transaction amount: HK$200) will be accepted at selected stores.

Important Note
Outgoing call services will be barred if payment has not been settled by the payment due date.
