You'll need to have Smart IDD and roaming services enabled. Subscribe to a call plan with a monthly fee of $128 or above with a 12-month service contract. Termination of Traveller subscription within contract period is subject to a penalty of $800. Registration for Smart IDD and roaming services is free of charge, $500 deposit will be waived if you settle your monthly bill payment through autopay service by using VISA, MasterCard, American Express Card or Diners Club Card.
