The contract term for Basic Combo, Premium Channels (except Market Watch, Live Race Broadcast, Live Racing Odds & In-Play Live), Premium Combo, Betting Combo and Adult Combo is 12 months ('Term'). |

Customer who subscribes to the Premium Channel(s), Premium Combo, Betting Combo and/or Adult Combo is required to subscribe to the Basic Combo at the same time. |

For Customer who has selected Basic Combo
The Customer shall pay SmarTone Mobile Communications Ltd. liquidated damages (the monthly fee for Basic Combo multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |
| 3.2 |
If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 3.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.

| 4. |
For Customer who has subscribed Basic Combo + selected Premium Channels
The Customer shall pay SmarTone Mobile Communications Ltd. liquidated damages (the monthly fee for Basic Combo and the applicable service plans for the relevant Premium Channels selected by the Customer multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |
| 4.2 |
If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 4.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.

For Customer who has subscribed Basic Combo + selected Premium Combo / Betting Combo / Adult Combo
The Customer shall pay SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited liquidated damages (the monthly fee for Basic Combo and the original monthly fee applicable for each of the Channels under Premium Combo / Betting Combo / Adult Combo multiply by the number of months in the remaining Term) upon the occurrence of any of the following events before the expiry of the Term:

If the Customer terminates any of the selected FoneTV service plan; |

If the Customer changes the mobile telephone number / the registered name for the mobile telephone number; or |
| 5.3 |
If the mobile telephone service for the mobile telephone number is terminated/ disconnected for whatever reason.

The following channels are available in Chinese only: 24-hour Chinese News, Chinese Pop Hits, Entertainment and Live Race Broadcast. |
| 7. |
3G data roaming charges apply when viewing FoneTV abroad. To minimise unnecessary downloading time and costs, a standard resolution will be provided while roaming. |
| 8. |
Advertisements may be shown in between some programmes and videos. |
