| Q12: |
What would happen to my existing emails after the migration if I am currently using BlackBerry® Connect™ devices*? |
| A12: |
Those emails which are pushed to your handheld prior to the upgrade can only be read via the handheld while you can not forward, reply nor download more for content and attachment viewing (if any). |
| Q13: |
If I am using BlackBerry® Connect™, will all integrated email accounts migrated over from BlackBerry Internet Solution Email v1.8 to v2.4? |
| A13: |
Most BlackBerry® Connect™ users are able to migrate from one system to the other seamlessly. However, some BlackBerry® Connect™ devices can not support many email addresses settings. Given this limitation, if you have more email accounts than the device can handle, only the BlackBerry email address will be migrated.
For example, if you are using a phone that can accept 1 email address setting, then only the BlackBerry email address would be migrated. You could need to add another account manually. However, if the device supports over 2 integrations, all of the email addresses would be seamlessly migrated.
