Since the inbox on BlackBerry from Vodafone web interface will be removed under v1.8, so that the emails stored in the inbox will be removed too. If you want to keep these important emails, you are recommended to forward to another e-mail address in order to have a copy. |

Any contact information stored on the current BlackBerry Internet Solution Email v1.8 site will not be accessible after upgrade to v2.4. Please have a back up for the contact information. You can also input your contacts to the address book of your BlackBerry handheld, so that you can access them at any time, anywhere. |

If you are using BlackBerry® Connect™ *, those emails which are pushed to your handheld prior to the upgrade can only be read via the handheld while you can not forward, reply nor download more for content and attachment viewing (if any). |

Most BlackBerry® Connect™ users are able to migrate from one system to the other seamlessly. However, some BlackBerry® Connect™ devices can not support many email addresses settings. Given this limitation, if you have more email accounts than the device can handle, only the BlackBerry email address will be migrated. |

BlackBerry® Connect™ devices that support 3 email address settings, therefore, the BlackBerry email address and 2 integrated email accounts will be migrated. If more than 2 integrated email accounts are requested to migrate, none of which will be migrated:

Enter the your User ID and Password and click "Login" |

On the BlackBerry from Vodafone web interface, click "Email Account" in the left pane |

Click "Edit" beside your BlackBerry email address |

In the Auto-forward field, type the email address of your forward-to email account |

Set an auto-forwarding rule for email messages and click "Save" |
